For The Cats Others Forgot.

Community cats may be overlooked by many, but they still deserve compassion, safety, and care.

Trap-Neuter-Return saves lives—and together, we can make a difference.

What Is TNR?

One Cat Can Change Everything.

One unspayed female cat and her offspring can lead to hundreds of cats over time.

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) breaks that cycle — humanely and permanently.

Here's how it works:

Community cats are safely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and returned to the outdoor home where they were found.

TNR is the only approach proven to actually reduce community cat populations over time, and it lets healthy cats stay right where they belong — without the fighting, yowling, and constant litters that come with an unaltered colony.

A TNR surgery costs $90 without a voucher.

Need help with the cost?

You can apply for vouchers through:

📧 FCAP: fcap@cap4pets.org

📧 Harris County Pets: communitycats@countypets.com

If you would like the cats returned to you after surgery, request vouchers through Harris County Pets.

Harris County Pets also offers a Shelter-Neuter-Return (SNR) program.
Simply trap the cat(s), call them for pickup, and they will transport the cats for surgery. After recovery, they will return them within 0.2 miles of where they were found.

One surgery today can prevent generations of suffering tomorrow.

Sponsor Hope

Every sponsored TNR changes lives—not just for one cat, but for generations to come.

Your generosity helps provide TNR surgeries, vaccinations, trap loans, emergency assistance, and community cat resources for those who need them most.

One surgery today can prevent hundreds of kittens from being born outdoors tomorrow.
